Manang Chief is currently our lead sire and was used heavily for the 2005 & 2006 drop kiddings. He has also been used lightly for the 2007 kidding. He was imported as an embryo from South Africa and is a son of De Hannes Rust Timark. He displays excellent purity and freedom from colour and harsh fibre. He has a wonderful lock structure and handle that he has carried into his 7th fleece. We believe he is a top stud sire and is having an impact on the Australian mohair Industry. At over 3 years old he tested 33.7 micron at 95kg bodyweight.
